Yup CLS55 AMG, the car has cams pulley H/E full exhaust..ect last time on the dyno it made 508whp.

The shipper called and the Lexus will be here on Monday!!!!

The car was delivered late last night i will take some pics this morning the wife is very happy she was even smiling in her sleep.

 

Interesting - I also just bought a 2008 LE - The sound is fantastic from CD's and DVD-A's but the ipod sound through the jack was a little lacking. I bought the apple cable that plugs into the bottom of the ipod/ipad/iphone and has the stereo and video RCA jacks. The sound is much better (and I can control the video output to the rear screen too). I can finally even tell the difference between the higher fidelity itunes files and the original ones. If you want to have some fun with your system get Dr Chesky's Magnificent.....5.1 Surround show on DVD-A.

If you don't mind the bluetooth audio - there are a number of Bluetooth Music receivers that plug into the audio jack for around $40.00.

We also have the Dice boxes for our other Lexus and Prius and have been happy with them, except that being older they don't work with our iphone 4's.

Your car looks great. Just curious, how did you find a launch edition and were you specifically looking for one?

Also, did you install the PS overide yourself or did you have a shop install it for you.

We were actually looking for a 460L and just ran a search and found this one at a Bentley dealership we didn't know about the Launch edition at all. We had a shop install the PS override it took them 2.5 hours.

 

Since you are in MD, can you let me know what shop and how much they charged.

Also, you at least have to show pics of the special luggage that came with the car.

 

I didn't get the luggage :-( the invoice is in the glove box ill post the name of the shop when the wife gets home from work.
