Default Yellow Fogs

Hello Fellow 450h owners.

One of the things I miss about our old GS430 is the yellow fog lights. Can anyone recommend a good set of bulbs that look similar to the 2GS and won't burn out after a month?

Thank you, Bob

Hey Bob

I've also love the yellow fog look of the 2GS so this is what I did to my 450h.

I've gone with Nokya yellow bulbs and I also ordered yellow film from here.

Nokya in the past has been good to me but I've gone through 2 sets in the 3GS so I may try another bulb brand.

The reason is bulbs only are not bright enough (unless u go with 2300k HID fogs). The film+ yellow bulbs are great. This does mean you lose the clear lens and will have a yellow looking lens.

Thanks Mike, I'll give that a shot

I'm thinking about going with some 3000k (super hello) Hids on mine in a few weeks.. I'll post up something once I get the chance to order and install them! The only thing I'm worried about is, hopefully the housing doesn't melt from how hot the bulbs get.. But we'll find out! Wish me luck!
