Today, got a letter from Lexus informing me with the new Lexus synthetic lubrication which will be standard that the oil change interval will increase to 12months/10000miles. It also says the 12month/10000miles service will be complimentary. The 2010 RX450h is among the first to be certified.

 

saves lexus some money--my 99 vette uses synthetic and that was 15k interval

 

They will be using Lexus SAE 0W-20 Synthetic motor oil.
