I had a local shop install a Draw-Tite 2" hitch on my 450h, total cost under $250. Installation took under 30 mins. You could possibly DIY, but you need to temporarily lower the exhaust while installing, and also cut a small opening in the (invisible) rubber air deflector behind the bumper, so I opted for the professional install.
