Day Time Running lights

I just recently installed 6000K HB LED bulbs from Japan! Once they were installed on the High Beams, the day time running lights do not work! In order for the LED bulbs to come on, I have to leave my lever on High Beam when activating my lights. Anyone have any suggestions?
