Following this forum since monthes, now I'm glad to participate.
I'm in Swizterland Geneva. My RX400H is now 12'000 km.
I bought 2 mobile phones samsung D600E recommanded by the dealer. Unfortunatly I have a lot of lack of communication with the mic and now I'm obliged not using it so the quality is so poor !
A good solution ??

Also I will have a lot of comment on my experiences to share with you. I hope to meet some european Users as it seems we are not on the same planet that US owners !

bluetooth hands free quality is not the best on the RX400 (Nav 4 system) but have you tried to change the bluetooth settings in the service menue? youcan try to change the factory setting for send quality from 0 to 3. sometimes this is helping a lot.
to enter the service menu on the european modell you have to switch ignition on then press info button and at the same time switch the light 4 times on and off. got to BT settings. to get off of this menue you have to switch ignition off. dont change othere things there, it can be dangerous.

there are many differences between the US and the European modell. if you are interested send me a personal message with your e-mail address and i will send you some info material on this. we are a group of about 35 RX400 users from all over europe (some from swisserland, i am from austria) talking to lexus europe and sharing information to overcome problems special with the european version of the RX400h.
