I recently had my first service 6-month checkup for my 2025 NX 350h. My car has only 3,000 miles on it, and the dealership only rotated the tires and did a multi-point inspection. However, the a/c isn't blowing as cold, the max cool isn't as cold, and several settings were changed on my car. I took the car back to the dealership the next day and told them that the a/c wasn't working as it had before the visit; I was told nothing was wrong, but I know something IS wrong. The service techs at the dealership are young and inexperienced. What could be the problem, and what should I do next? Any help/guidance is much appreciated; I'm going crazy! I really appreciate any help you can provide.
