The Hybrid has no such button ("AWD Lock Switch") ?

The hybrid does not have an AWD lock switch. The hybrid AWD system does not use a driveshaft from front to rear like the RX350, so there is nothing to lock.

The electric motor that supplies power to the rear wheels in the hybrid is completely managed by the computer.
