Default Stuck between 2018 RX450h and 2021 ES300h

I don't have many choices here in my country, so I'm stuck between these two models. RX450h is luxury model with 93,000 km on 20" wheels, and the second is the ES F-Sport with 90,000 km on 19" tires.

My top priority is quietness. Road noise is a big issue here since a lot of roads have rough asphalt. I'm sure both will handle potholes well or both have good abilities. But smoothness and quietness are the most important factors I'm looking for. And I wonder if there's a significant difference in quietness between the two, or if the difference is only minor.

I own a 2019 ES 300h and a 2021 RX 450h. From my observation, the RX will handle rough asphalt better than the ES. We actually prefer the RX for road trips but more because we like the ride height than the ride quality - but I still feel the RX is just a bit quieter on uneven pavement.
