Hi, I noticed my 2008 RX400h is blowing hot air when seating at traffic light. I checked coolant level (cold) and I although its very hard to see (large hose on the way) it seems its at Full line. Turn car on while on driveway, open hood and set AC to max (climate control), I don't see fans next to radiator moving at all. On dash I feel air blowing strong but its hot air.
Where else can be causing warm air? while driving AC seems to work fine. Temp gauge on dash normal, not dash lights.
Its an old car with 235K miles, can it be low in refrigerant? Fuses? Relay? Fans issue? please let me know your thoughts.
