Losing coolant..

So my 2013 300h is losing coolant, I’ve had to top it up a couple of times in the past week. I don’t think it’s a head gasket as it’s running smooth and no CeL CODES..
Does the the 300h have a heat exchanger for the coolant in the catalytic converter like the Prius?
