Midcow3 is correct. But in this case size matters. The larger the sample size, the more stock you can place in the results. If you can get responses from every owner that’s a perfect sample. Even then it doesn’t extinguish bias. It may not pass the statistics textbook definition of absolutely accurate, but then very few sampling systems do. It’s why political polling, for instance, is generally quite reliable even with small samples. Yet even then they acknowledge their ‘margins for error’. So JD and CR are very useful albeit imperfect resources. CR, for instance, doesn’t only survey owners. They also do extensive testing.

I also have an NX450h+. Got Aug 2022. 15k miles later no issues. Also have left it parked in the garage for over a week on vacation. I'm in the NYC area. I've driven the 350h,the 450h+ drive train is way better. Only thing I wish it had was the pano roof and ML.

My wife's 24 NX350h has had no issue since we bought it in April and she loves it. That being said, if I didn't have to write that ~$69-70K check, I would pick the 450H+ any day of the week over the 350h.
The reality is I am the one paying for it, so naturally I chose to write a $52K being the cheap bastard I am
My buddy had his 450h+ for almost a year and absolutely no issue whatsoever..
