Default Clicking sound after start up - normal?

Just picked up a 2023 RX350h premium+ and in love with it so far. I'm new to hybrid cars, but sometimes when I start the car before the carplay music kicks in, theres a clicking sound after what feels like 10 seconds of consistent clicks, it goes away - is the car "warming up" or is this not normal?

Also do i need to "warm up" my car before driving? I've always done this with my past all gas cars regardless of year.

Can't speak to the "clicking" but there is no warm up time in fact you have little control of when the engine runs and for how long.

‘I do not hear a constantly clicking for like 10 seconds when I start out in the morning. Not sure what that is.

As far a warming up the engine, I do not. Depending to the charge level of the traction battery, I might be at the end of my long driveway before the engine starts. I generally gentle on the throttle until the temp gauge goes up at least two bars. Not sure where you live but if it is cold, the engine will start up rather quickly, no matter what the charge state of the traction battery due to the cabin thermostat calling for heat.

No need to warm up, just take it a bit easy on the throttle till the oil temperature climbs a bit. You will find it takes very little time for the motor to warm up.

Enjoy your 350h. I sure am!
