Default Weak Air Flow

Hello,

I've replaced the blower motor in my car and hoped the airflow coming out of the vents would improve, no luck. The 4 vents in the front of the car, barely have air blowing out at the highest setting. The rear vents in the center have decent flow. Any ideas on what's wrong?

My ride has 260,000miles on it and is still going strong otherwise.

I assume you checked your cabin air filter. Does it have the same issue whether you do recirculate or external? If only the external is low, then maybe there's a nest or some other blockage at the air inlet.

It also depends on the brand of cabin air filter. I installed one of those carbon-infused extra protection cabin air filters and had to remove it after a week because it blocked most of the air flow and the A/C could not reach the cabin. After replacing it with a cheaper one all was fine again.
