No. You must use 0w20 per Lexus. If you are already using 5w30, then I would not go any thicker or engine damage may occur. The metal tolerances are too tight to handle thick oil. Just check your oil more often and top up before it is down a liter. That is what I do.
How many kilometers before it burns a liter?
You already have a lot of miles on your engine so if you are only using a quart every 1600 kilometers that is not too bad. If it runs well, just keep adding oil as you would never get back the cost of a new engine.
Just check your oil every time you fill up the gas tank. If you keep the oil level topped up, it will burn less oil and you will get less engine wear. The proper way is check it after the gas tank has been filled so the oil has time to drip back into the oil pan and you get an accurate reading. Then carry a paper towel to wipe the dipstick and a bottle of oil with you in the car to top it up.
This is a known problem with this 2AZ-FXE engine a similar version of which was also used in the Toyota Camry hybrid. Toyota had a program to help owners, but I think it closed in 2016. This was in the US. If you are in Russia, I doubt you can get any help. http://www.carproblemzoo.com/toyota/...l-problems.php
Good Luck!

Thanks for the practical advice, in Russia we have only bv to make people money, and if you try to change the brand of butter? Pour for example a Toyota original or Motul?

2600 km is 1615 miles. So using a liter of oil in that distance is not bad at all and no reason to get a new engine. I think mine is using oil at about the same rate and I only have 78000 miles (125500 km). I just check it every month or so while it is parked in my garage then top off the oil if needed.

you may check if you PCV valve clogged up. in my another car, 01 RAV4, it burns approx 1liter per 500~700km. after i replaced it last year, the oil burning is slow down. before i tried PCV valve, i also install oil catch can. it collects approx 200~250cc of water/liquid @500~600km. u can take it off and clean or buy a new one to try.
