My HS250H starts okay but when it is a cold start it takes about 4 or 5 times to get transmission to engage. After card is running and I make short stops at grocery store or whereever it starts 1st time everytime. I talked to service adviser and we have changed battery in remote but problem still happens, doesn't happen when i take it in the dealer because system is warmed up. Please help.

 

Sound like its in the gear shift lever switch, when its cold. Or this one might be deeper down in the tranny and it might be expensive.
