I am going to winter in Florida and leaving my two Lexus in the garage. One is Lexus 350 the other Lexus 250HS What steps do I need to take to leave them both for 5 months?

 

My insurance co. allows me to have a 3 month "lay-up" each year. At a greatly reduced rate for my policy each year. NO driving allowed during the 3 months you choose unless you are going for an inspection or maintenance, and then you have to call the agent first and let them know. Maybe look into this.

Next fill the tank to prevent condensation and make sure the tires are aired up.

I always wax mine before parking it.

Most important though, get yourself a "Battery Tender". Not a trickle charger. Use it.
