So now just like my radio and track pad my cigarette lighter stops working and I can charge my cell phone.

Checked the fuse by the brake petal they light up green when I test.

So what could be the issue? In a situation like this, what do I need to replace?

It's been depressing not having a radio, now I won't have a phone, the USB power still works but it never charges fast.
