Default A bit more information

After wanting and looking for the past two years I finally pulled the trigger on a 460 that met all of my parameters. I specifically wanted the following:
-Ecru interior with a Starfire Pearl exterior.
-Less than 90k miles
-Zero accidents
-Zero rust

I don't have much faith in Lexus/Toyota leather but the condition of these seats are immaculate and I intend to keep it that way. I saw plenty of charred looking driver seats but the Semi-aniline leather has been well taken care of and was well detailed by Park Place Lexus in Grapevine.

I went back and forth between the base model and a Premium however after seeing this pop up on Cars.com and after getting detailed information and particulars from Park Place Lexus I decided to pull the trigger and purchase as a Christmas present to myself. Truly excited about this truck and can't wait to contribute and learn from you guys as I make this 'my 460!' I name my vehicles and this one I've named Kiichiro after Kiichiro Toyoda, the founder of Toyota Motor Company (that's him hanging out in my avatar space) and the son of Sakichi Toyoda, founder of Toyota Industries which gave birth to the entire Toyota group.

Also want to say a big thanks to @Acrad35751 for sharing with me the link to the Multi Terrain Select (MTS) module which I will be purchasing: MTS Link here!

Some Stats:
-87xxx miles
-Company car turned personal (3 previous owners)
-$24,500 paid
-Purchased December 24th 2018
-Southern vehicle with no rust (Texas)
-No accidents!

As it appeared on Cars.com.

very nice. Theres a list of mods you should do, and then some you could do. i recommend firstly in a bigly way to do the unimod (i think thats what they called it). maybe unifilter mod. anyways the generic red filters on amazon are the exact same. dont forget to remove the sponge under the cap.

Preciate it! I'll be doing some googling on the unimod and go from there!

Good question. Will be replacing with one of the following:

F Sport 18" wheels

Dirty Life 17" 9303s

Like the factory look of the F Sports and think they would do well with the Starfire Pearl. The Dirty Life's are sharp but may look kind of boring when installed so as of now I'm leaning towards the F Sports.

I like the F-Sports and they have been in my eBay 'watch list' for awhile now. I've already got the F-Sport grill and floormats so the wheels will be the last piece of the puzzle. Just waiting for eBay to do another 10-15% off coupon. I have OEM rims that are chrome and the chrome is peeling/pitting pretty bad.

Same here! They are in my eBay watch list. I'm finalizing my plans for mods and once that's done then I'll plan it out and go from there but these are definitely looking like a purchase item.

I don't dislike the aftermarket wheels as much as I thought I would but they are NOT my style.

Congrats on the new GX! We have had ours for about two weeks and love it. At first my wife was surprised by the sheer weight of the truck but she has become used to it. I guess all the snow and ice didn't help.

Here is a link to the Uni Filter mentioned above.

Have a great week!

It is, it's actually a 3rd Generation 4runner that I've had and built over the past ten years. I was much overdue for something newer and the GX fit the bill.
