Those are the exact options we are considering. Leaning towards the Michelins because the Conti's apparently have enough rolling resistance to affect the mileage by a shade more than 1mpg. Meanwhile I like the Conti's looks. Always a trade-off, I suppose.

You could probably get a pro-rated rate for the tires if you can prove you had them rotated/balanced every 5,000 miles but its probably not worth the hassle. The tires look worn down enough, I'd swap them especially if you live somewhere with rain/snow. Some people are more comfortable waiting for the tread to sit flush with the wear bars.
