2017 GX 460 Harsh Ride
I have a 2017 GX 460 Premium, and the ride over uneven road surfaces is harsh. When I drive over freeway expansion joints I can really feel it in the rear axle. I looked at the rear suspension and was surprised to see there are no springs, just struts. It's also so high off the ground that entry and exit is not easy for my 5'4" wife. Has anyone else with a Premium model experienced the harsh ride and step-in height issues?

Did you check the tires pressure to see if they aren't over inflated? The ride is "bouncier" than a car or car-like CUV but I don't think it is harsh. Do you have selectable suspension setting that you can change to Comfort see if it helps?
Regarding the height, the running boards help making it easy getting on and off.

My wife is 5'2"... she does fine with running boards and makes use of the grab handles around the front doors.

Did you even test drive the vehicle before buying it? Did your wife?
Sounds like you want the RX350 or an Acura MDX type of car...

- I don't recall if the Premium model has the adjustable suspension, but if it does make certain it is set to Normal or Comfort (there will be a toggle switch located to the right of the shift ****)
- Definitely check the tire pressure (it is quite common for Dealerships to over inflate tires)
- Different tires will definitely ride/act differently. What tires do you have?
