USB port not working

I have tried both fuses and both are good. The one labeled in the pic above as USB shut down my entire radio and Nav screen when I unplugged it to check. It has to be a short. Again, the cig. Lighter aux plug works. It's just the AUX Jack and USB ports that do not work(no music or charging). It seems like a fuse because the both ports are not working. The USB icon in the audio menu remains greyed out.

Pardon my shaky hands. I did a hard arm workout today and took an energy supplement as well. I put a fuse puller on the fuse for this.
