Auto won't come on if there's too much light in front of you getting picked up by the sensor. I don't like it, and leave it on manual. My wife leaves it in auto with the high beams on, drives me crazy!

I understand how it works. It will be on auto, and there will be no lights or oncoming cars in front and it stays on low beams. Is there a way to adjust the sensitivity?
2021 stopped working on Auto but works when manually activated. Anyone have any info?
Finally got the manual out. Although my turn signal stalk was set to Auto, I had inadvertently unpressed the Auto headlight button thats located on the left lower dash panel. The button is located left of the steering wheel heat button and above the gas cap door release.
Just a PSA for dumb asses like me.

My 4runner is set to auto but I must also leave the high beams on for it to work. It will automatically switch to low beam when it detects traffic coming
