Default 2015 gx starter

Hello guys, three days ago, my GX cranked for a number of times before finally starting. This happened after I've done a number of runs in really hot weather. It would start after five or six attempts. I suspect the starter. Has anyone experienced this, and how did you resolve it. Thanks!

If the starter cranks the engine as before it is unlikely to be the source of your problems. Do you hear hesitation or slow crank when the starter turns the engine? Is the CEL on?

The regular dash lights came on while it cranked and cleared when it finally started. The crank was normal too, so I ruled out the battery. My wife teased it was because I buy 89 and not 93 octane...at least it wasn't 87.

Without further diagnosis it is impossible to tell what it was but low fuel pressure might be the one I would look into first if the problem persist. I never understood people who spend $50-60ks on a vehicle and try to save like 5 bucks on a full tank by buying low quality gas.

Thank you for your take. I haven't had the issue again but I will take it in for further diagnosis. I buy premium gas at Costco whatever octane it is. They have only one. Not because it's cheap but convenient with my runs. I do think it's good though.
