Gx570
tuning is available and the 5.7 Tundra and 4.6L GX460 tunes appear to have the same structure from my time poking around VFtuner. It should be a matter of copying over the parameters from one to the other.
Also, I was told that the 1UR and the 3UR had different cam profiles. I was talking to a guy and he said that the 1UR doesnt take a supercharger as well because the cams had less lift and/or duration. Which makes sense since they are trying to get 25% more air into the cylinders through the same size valves.
That's good to know. I'm hoping one day I can buy a GX with a high mileage or dead engine so I can attempt the 5.7 swap.
At this point I'm sure a lot of us are skeptical. I want to believe but without more details and the fact that the OP just, disappeared Reddit style, after making a huge claim.
I doubt we'll ever get more details.

Depending on funds and how quickly I can get my overlander build to a good spot I have plans to buy another 2010-2013 and focus on making it more performance oriented for on-street use. A 5.7 swap would be on the table.
I doubt we'll ever get more details.

I remember seeing a GX460 with a turbo making 700 to the tires
