Front washer pump on my 2011 Base is not working. Rear is working, no noise from front pump when the stalk is engaged. I've owned the vehicle only a few weeks and have done nothing to it yet. I'm wondering if replacing the pump can be done from below, or if removing the reservoir is necessary. If anyone has process/procedure and could share I would appreciate the help. I've searched and searched and have not been able to find any information.

 

I believe you can get at this via fender liner removal without removing bumper but not 100% on that.
