Hi has anyone had to replace rear hydraulic cylinders 2010 gx 460 ?

If you mean the KDSS hydraulic sway bars, no I don't think anyone has replaced those yet. If you mean the rear air suspension, that's been done many times and is pretty straightforward. Give us a few more details about what you're wanting to replace and we can point you in the right direction!
