'18-'19 460 might have been re-added... previously this had been '14-'15 (up to mid 2/2015) models.
I can confirm this. My 2018 previously was not part of the recall. Today I checked the vin and it now says there is an active recall for low speed fuel pump.
In case you get a P0441 or P0455 after recall work. It may indicate some of the evaporative emission lines are loose or disconnected. This can occur with a loose gas cap too. Not really A-Z troubleshooting but shows you locations to do a smoke test where he discovered loose line.

This is why I did not drop my tank on my 2006, I replaced pump from inside the vehicle, didn't want to mess around with all the hoses and connectors and clamps, etc.
Our 2017 stalled while my wife was making a low speed turn. From reading this thread, it sounds like it could very well be the fuel pump. They have the years bounding the 2016-2017s, same part number, why haven’t they been recalled?
Hi, I am thinking of purchasing a 2021 GX460 but found that 2018 and 2019 have fuel pump recalls. Although 2020 and 2021 are not being recalled, I wonder if it is just matter of time before they do too. Does anyone have experience fuel pump related issue with 2020 and 2021? My understanding it could cause engine to run not smooth and/or sudden engine shutdown. Thank you!
OK ... so my 2019 Lexus GX460 was originally flagged for the Fuel Pump Recall, and then the recall was retracted, and now I just received notice. Yes, no, maybe, let's wait and see ... WTF Lexus ?#?#!
I get that replacement procedures and parts availability represent a lead time prior to scheduling the warranty "repair", but this communications strategy is abysmal at best ... something I would expect from Chrysler.
Good information, but I guess I'm talking from the typical consumer standpoint where receiving a letter is THE information source on this subject. Got an original letter, then got a letter retracting ... and now just received a recall letter (again).
I never got a letter. Actually, I was scolded for buying the vehicle while it has a “stop sale” because of the issue I guess. Whatever, I actually don’t mind and consider it a bit of a perk to get a new fuel pump on 7 year old vehicle.
