I recently purchased a 2019 Lexus GX 460 and find the drivers seat lumbar very uncomfortable, after doing some online research I noticed this is somewhat common. My question is has anyone had this looked at from an auto upholstery shop to see if additional padding will help or does it just have to break in.

I bought a CPO '13 a few months ago and both my wife and I also find it uncomfortable. We bought a seat pillow that helps somewhat.

 

We had a 2018 with leather that was very uncomfortable, but our 2019 is Nuluxe and it much more comfortable than the leather seat in the 2018.

Also have a CPO 2018 GX that the drivers seat is broken in and much more comfortable than both the 18 and 19.

Give it time and hopefully gets more comfortable for you !!!
