All good. Only commenting because I had a customer file a claim saying we damaged her tpms not remembering that most of the time you need to start driving before the values display.
I apologize for not go through every post. Can 42607-30060 Frequency - (315 MHz) be used on a 2018 GX460? What software do I need to pair the sensor? Carista or Techstream?
Anyone with experience buying OEM TPMS off eBay? They are much cheaper than dealer but I am concerned about the quality.

Many thanks in advance!
That is the correct part number. On eBay unless your buying them from a dealer or trusted parts store I wouldn’t chance it. Too many fakes out there
I just purchased a set of the sport wheels for my 14 GX. The seller reused his Sensors on his new wheels, so all I have now are the rubber valves. My sensors are working flawlessly but my GX is a 2014 with 50k miles. Should I suck it up and spend the $325 at the dealer to buy new sensors plus pay for programming, or should I have my current ones transferred over? I went over this exact scenario last year on my 2010 RX that I installed new OEM wheels on. That one I knew was a temporary car so I transferred them over with new washer kits and until I sold it there were no issues.

Typical TPMS last around 7 years. While it is possible to change out TPMS yourself without fully unmount tires, I would do it now during tire change. It is a PITA job without proper tools. It is my understanding that any 315 MHz sensor should work (correct me if I am wrong) with programming so I wouldn't pay full price on OEM. The difference maybe how well it adhere to the rim. Your can program TPMS yourself using Carista OBD2 adapter according to Carista website.

Dont go oem since Lexus doesn’t make those sensors anyways. I would look into Dill Redi sensors. Should cost around $200 for the set of 4.

Wow this which should be a simple process has become a major pain in the hiney!

You need to schedule a visit then the tech can inspect the vehicle and give you a quote. We cant give you a quote without putting it on a lift and looking at the vehicle.

i just skimmed through the post above and confused as to why some of you insist on spending $$$$ on a tpms.
im getting new tires on sat and going with these. ive already replaced an oem tpms that went bad due to corrosion two months ago and its worked flawlessly.

Depending on the year the part number changes and they are more expensive. Curious what year the ones your buying on Amazon where made.

Problem I’m having is getting them installed. Your paying $35 for generic one’s the same price as the “OEM” ones on eBay. The real ones are $60 with my mechanics discount from the dealer.
For the programming I’d buy the device and just program them myself. I’m having a hard time finding someone that can tell me that they won’t scratch my wheel. A mom and pop shop quoted me $50 per wheel to install the sensor but it’s a 50/50 chance that they get scratched.
Toyota dealer called me back today, I told them I’d provide the sensors and I don’t need them programmed. There price was $200 to $300 per rim just to pop it open install the sensor and high speed balance them not even install on the car.
I quess I’m going to be driving with the light on for a while. It’s nuts nothing crazy just a regular 19” Toyota dark graphite wheel.

I used to think too much about getting OEM TPMS sensors but now I just buy them from tire rack and my mobile tire installer has never had an issue. I personally wouldn’t overthink it but that’s just me.

Might not even need to completely dismount the tires to replace the sensor. I would have the mom and pop shop bust the top bead and then see if you can push the tire down and remove/ install the new sensor. If that’s the case you wouldn’t even need to rebalance
