Ecru. So far so good but I do not wear jeans. I had Ivory on my GX470 and found it is the color that looks nice when properly cared, so I picked Ecru for the GX460, but I chose semi-aniline leather. I know I can take care of leather but I do not know if I can take care of Nuluxe.

My Ecru leather drivers side @ 170K miles. I starting using packing tape to stop the tears, not ecru related of course. I have the needed parts to redo it, but I haven't gotten around to it. I stopped trying to clean it after a while because it just made it worse.

Are you going to put on new factory covers?

Factory lower cushion and full leather replacement from US Auto Seat Covers that @Jacket used. I will post results on that thread when done.

is this semi-aniline leather or Nuluxe? Regardless, this is caused by negligence but I am curious.

2011 in the signature so can't be Nulux. 2010-2013 Semi-Aniline in Prem trim or base could upgrade to semi else it had standard leather. Looks like maybe base leather from the texture in the side bolsters, but could be Semi.

2021 w/ 28,000 miles, ecru interior still looks brand new. No wear or stains, would highly recommend this color.

It’s NuLuxe but I was wrong. My interior is Sepia. I apologize. Highly recommend Sepia though.

the Ercu in our 2019 Premium is definitely not going to wear as well as our full leather in our 2014 4Runner Limited, i can tell you this much! no cracking yet, but its 100% not as durable as expected. I heard the Sepia is better from a few folks in terms of a lighter interior.

My hunch is Lexus gave in on some softness of the leather and gave up some durability.

Mine is a 2013 that I got about 3 years ago. Its was made in Dec 2012 - so it is 10 years old now with about 95k miles. I think the pics make them look a bit worse than they are - but fwiw here is what Ecru semi-aniline leather looks like 10 years on in bad light
Here is passengers

and drivers

This is my one regret about my 2017 Luxury. I have 38K miles on my GX and the front driver seat is already starting to degrade. I clean and condition them probably once a month and they still get dirty. GXBob on Youtube has a video where he changes them out and he stated it was significantly cheaper than trying to repair. The place he used is OEM color match based off your Vin # so eventually ill probably go that route.

I just got back from a 3K mile trip and there is no noticed stains on the Ecru seats. Everything still looks show room clean. By the way loved the comfort that the GX gave me traveling snow packed roads and plenty of room for our gear. A great trip enhanced by a great vehicle.

Default 2004 SC430 with 124K miles. One worn bolster, driver's seat gone slack, color great

General impression still strong at 124K miles.
I owe this 100% to the first owner! They did every service at dealerships for 20 years. Driver's seat bottom is slack but the color is sweet. Driver's outer bolster needs a strip and re-dye but that's it.
