Does anyone have this installed on their GX? I am a new owner of a 2013 GX and am debating whether it's a good idea. Anyone care to comment and better yet, post some pics of what it looks like? Thank you in advance

 

I'm pretty sure my has it as it was offered when I purchased it. I actually didn't want it when I bought it so I asked the dealer to take them off. They ended up not charging me but they told me the guard was not taken off.

All it is (on mine at least) is a thin (less than 1 inch wide) clear coating that wraps around the doors' edges. It basically looks like scotch tape. Personally, I don't see the value in these even now that they're on my car and actually would prefer they were never put on as it leave a small outline of the "tape". I'd definitely pass on them.

 

Thanks for your response. I am confused about it as according to here: https://www.lexuspartsnow.com/parts/...-60110-10.html, they are color coded to the paint color so it doesn't seem like the clear bra you put on the hood.

 

That is stainless steel not a film like cc4sc has.

 

I have the side molding, does it work with the side molding?

 

It fits all 460s and the side molding was standard on '12+ so yes I am sure it stops at or just above the molding.
