Hi, I am in the Chicagoland area. Will be looking to purchase in the near future. Can you share what dealer you bought from? Thanks!

I live in NorCal and just picked up a GX 460 premium with MSRP of $59,787 for $54,1XX and they threw in the roof rack cross bars, the door edge guards, and an extra oil change. Hope that is helpful.

I live in South Louisiana and just completed a deal on a 2017 GX Premium with an MSRP of $59,044 for $51,000. Taking the current $4000 Toyota incentive into account, I was able to get the dealer to come down $4,044 off the price. I think this was a great deal locally that I secured by presenting an out of state quote and was planning to fly and drive. Looking at online data, dealers in my area typically only come down ~$1500 (lower volume dealers and no competition). I could have saved an additional $1000 with a fly and drive, but I felt the difference wasn't worth the hassle or a potential bait in switch out of state (negotiated car wasn't in dealer stock and they wouldn't give a VIN).

Overall, very happy with the deal and I have a happy spouse. My wife was strongly considering the Q7 but the reliability questions and the current Lexus Cash on the GX sealed the deal. I've lived overseas and loved the Prado, so very glad we finally got one.

I would also like to know who the dealer is and person you dealt with (you can p.m. if more comfortable). I'm in MS and have been very close to buying one and not afraid at all to drive over. Thanks much.

Negotiated a deal with an Atlanta area dealership before buying at Lexus of New Orleans. If you are in driving distance of Atlanta that is a competitive market and you could get a better deal there, but I was lucky they were willing to play ball.
