Default Headed North - Tires

I have a 2013 GX460 and we're moving from Austin to Chicago (don't ask why)... I bought the car preowned in Florida and it currently has the stock Michelin Latitude Tour HP's - showing some moderate wear.
We're at 30k (and change) miles on the tires, but wondering if I should change them little earlier than I'd like to prep for Chicago winters....

Any thoughts from the collective on a good replacement all season tire? or perhaps I go with two sets for the respective seasons?

We also have a 2013 GX460 and used to live on the north shore of Chicago. We bought it new in February 2013, and drove it the rest of that winter and the winter of 2013-14 before spending the winters elsewhere. We didn't commute, so never "had" to take it out in the snow, but often did. No problems with the tires, and I'm planning to get another set soon. Ours has 53K and change. I wouldn't buy two sets, and would wait until you have more miles on them before replacing. Good luck with the move.

Michelin LTX2's, M&S, great in the snow and rain and I believe it's got a 70k tread wear, I love them and had them on my GX.
