Default Touch Screen removal

Has anybody removed the touch screen on the GX? Has anyone found anything on the internet about removing the touch screen? I found some links related to the touch screen on an IS250, which gives me an idea but I know they are not the same. I want to do it right, so before I actually remove the unit I want to have a better idea on how to proceed with the screen. I will post pictures and most likely a video of my project this Friday so wish me luck!

I've only done the lower console. This guy comes close by removing the CD player, which you probably would have to do anyway (along with the leather side trim pieces and maybe the shifter surround):

And here's a similar process on a Prado for the upper pieces:

Probably not exactly the same, but I'd guess it's similar to the GX. Pulling the CD player probably exposes a couple of bolts near the bottom, and the upper part (all the way up and around the vents) is probably clipped in. THe parts diagram shows this piece as a "Cover sub-assembly - Navigation".

Good luck with your tear down.
