i can't seem to change my splash screen logo. i have tried to format to fat32, folder named StartupImage and have my file as a .jpg. i have tried 32 characters and not but i keep getting error no files found. i can play mp3 from usb card but no luck on images. anyone have any idea what else it could be?

I created a folder called Image, then put my .jgp file in there. That was it.

Maybe you just need to change the directory name from StartupImage to Image.

 

Yep, that what I did and it work, but I just wonder how we make the moving images like the Lexus logo start up, or I bought my truck from Sewell Lexus and that Sewell is draw out cool than the Lexus

How are you guys changing the splash screen logo. This is the first time I've seen anyone post any comments about changing the settings on the GX.

 

I know this is an old post, but for those in same situation, if your USB flash drive is not working, you need to format the flash drive to not only Fat32, but also 32kb allocation unit size at least that worked for me
