Hi all in my GX ultra i have noticed that when i slowly come to a stop in some cases i feel a small vibration feedback from the brakes.
does anyone else notice this, i think it might be something to do with the HAC?
Didn't feel that, but the hill start do make some noise and vibration in some condition like on your drive way, I not sure is that what you talking about
The towel fix seems to work. I am satisfied. Not the most attractive correction but it works which is what I care most about. The dealer sent a product report to Lexus so let's see what happens. For now I've got my "Towel TSB" working. Thanks.
You might be feeling the anti lock brakes. I think the brakes are under powered for the size of the vehicle. The brakes in my 2009 BMW X5 were much better.

I think a got what he meant on the vibration, it seems happen when you around stop light close to complete stop or after stopping u release a little on the brake, I few tiny one on the pedal today, not sure what cause that.
And for the under power brake problem, you should go try the Q7, that's 10 times worst than the GX, I was scared when I test drove the car, you feel the car will not stop at all, and that day I remember had few drops of rain~ very scary
I just received my new GX 460 last night and my wife noticed a slight vibration in the brakes. So I drove it and I also noticed the vibration. It only appears when I am driving moderatly and just before I come to a stop. I was wondering if anyone has noticed the same vibration. I have all of the saftey options; dynamic cruise control, pre-collision, and L.H.A..
A member here has had the same problem with the brake pedal, but it turns out to be normal. I've experienced it a few times too, and I think it's got something to do with the ABS or traction control system.
