the part i received looked like in this post
https://www.clublexus.com/forums/gx-...l#post10448640
but i have since also received a newer version that has the resistors in cases and the wire protected
these are both plug n play. in the back theres only really one close area to mount resistors. the relay for led is the way to go

I was wondering if any know what resistor value works best with the GX460 to prevent the "hyperblink" with after market LED turn signal in the metal bumpers. Also, would it be st wiring it in series or parallel. Thanks.
I happen to have 100 ohm resistor available and tested in parallel and it did not do anything. I guess it was to high of impedance. I also tried to measure the DC value of the input resistance of the LED light and was not able to.
tessie tha@hzhao check my ownership log, has links to the bulbs off Amazon.
"There is a protection IC inside, so each turn signal cycle cannot exceed 8 minutes"
Does this mean they go into Hyperflash?
I was looking at these rear bulbs GXBOB posted about but also saw someone comment about another brand that went to Hyperflash after 5 minutes. No reports yet if these do as well.
EDIT: Reading through comments on Amazon I do see bulbs used by GXBOB in that video do Hyperflash after 5-10 minutes

Installed the Auxito turn signals in my 2011 yesterday. They work perfectly but they are BRIGHT. Hopefully they aren't too bad for other drivers, otherwise I may need to put the standard bulbs back in.
Activate your signals and night and stand back 20 feet from the car. You'll probably end up seeing spots.
