That is because the loaded premiums were the first to ship.
Only 15% of the 2010 GX 460's will be premiums according to what my dealer told me.
All I want/need is a molding for my base and I would challange you to tell the difference.
Comfort ,convenience and navigation package is all 85% of buyers need in my opinion I have no plans to climb any really,really big rocks with my GX.
But it is nice to know I could if I wanted to
The base is selling like hotcakes!

In Canada, there's only the Premium (which is Base model in the US), and the Ultra Premium (fully-loaded Premium in US). Because there are no additional packages to choose from for either of the trims, I went for the Canadian Premium; I don't see why I need all the bells and whistles for everyday city driving and occasional semi-offroading in the winter.

Thanks, I don't want the Weatertech mats either. I purchased them for my LS 460 and had to send them back. They didn't fit...

Thanks, the dealers don't even have the GX 470 all weather mats in stock. They had to send all their inventory back to Lexus do to the recall from gas pedals getting stuck. I purchased a cheap set at Sam's Club until I can get the factory all weather mats. My salesman called last night and said maybe sometime in April?
