Our dealer did a PDR on the car to remove a small door ding, and unfortunately the PDR guy seems to have woken up a bit and groggy that day because he forgot to put the protector over the side window, and inside doing scratch the glass battling enough to where it needed to be replaced.
The dealer did this on their dime of course, but what I find is that the replacement window, while it does have Lexus information etched on it, has the etching on the side on the inside of the car, on the lower rear corner, while on all of the other side windows it is on the outside lower rearward corner.
So I’m trying to figure out if this is a normal thing, or if maybe they got a driver’s side window by mistake and just went ahead and mounted it this way. Please let me know if any experiences, thank you.
