This is driving me crazy. It is intermittent. I’ll try to post the video of the sound. It starts at about 3 seconds and peaks around 9 seconds. The sound will happen when driving or parked. I have tried turning off the hvac control including the front and rear fans. I don’t hear it outside the vehicle. When it happens I hear it inside close to the driver side floor board. Today after the video I popped the hood I heard the whirling sound very faintly but more pronounced near the driver side floor board. I can’t get the video to upload. It’s a soft whirling sound that changes tone. Almost sounds like a hydrid in EV mode.

 

Seat heater or cooling fan ??

 

Do you have Mark Levinson? A failing fan in the amplifier left rear fender area can make some noises as well

 

No. Just a premium model. I’m going to try and figure out how to post this video clip of the sound. The noise didn’t happen this am driving to work.
