Leaky UCA Ball Joint?

This looks a little wet to me for a 2022 with less than 40K on the clock?

Other side is dry and similar UCA on our 2023 4Runner and our 2-300K mile 100 LC's dont have any leaks.

Mine shows a hint of wet shade but not as bad as yours. What did dealership say?
