Hi. I purchased a 2015 GX 460 premium a couple years ago and the dealer would not budge on the LoJack fee. I let the subscription play out and then was on a mission to remove. I found and removed the lojack. In the process, I found a open plug near the front firewall, just in front of the emergency brake. See picture, white plug at firewall. Does anyone know if this is something that can be used? Also, I've got a LoJack I will sell on the cheap! Plug just inside firewall.
^^ no thanks ... when buying a new 2019 GX460 ... the huge window sticker was MSRP ... and then in micro-font there were "dealer installed options" ... added $4,500-odd to the sales price ... all worthless things that were easily marked up 300-odd% ... including LoJack for $850 installation plus the monthly service fee. A complete scam. If my vehicle gets stolen, I don't want it back ... would rather get the insurance payout versus recovering something that has been molested. Beyond that, an Apple AirTag is $29.95 ...

I bought a used 2014 GX last year and it has a Lojack installed by the original selling dealer. I called Lojack and asked it it is still active and is there a transfer process, and I was told there is nothing I need to do and it is still active. BTW, it is installed under the drivers seat.

There is a little nook just below the left side vent that mine was in.
