Engine "Tick" 2022
This seems to be more prevalent. I'm not certain if this is just normal for the 4.6 but neither of my 100 series LC's had this "tick" in a cumulative 435,000 miles plus. This engine has just over 33K on the clock (still under factory warranty) and has had all oil changes on time. Last oil change was Mobil 1 with OEM toyota filter. 93 octane with 91 in some locations where they don't sell the liquid gold.
Sounds a little more "meaty" when climbing hills etc too. Thank you in advance.

sorry, didn't hear anything in the clip. but, if it is a ticking you hear, for whatever it may be worth, i just had a fuel pump replaced on my GS (not my GX) due to what might be characterized as a ticking noise. the lead technician said there was actually nothing wrong with the pump causing the noise, and should probably continue to operate for 100k miles or more. but, it was loud enough i had it replaced anyway. evidently, for the GS, this is a known annoyance and Lexus has made an alternative part available.
however, for comparison sake, to help you diagnose, the ticking i experienced with my GS was consistent regardless of operation - whether idling or accelerating. it did seem to lessen a bit, though, after the engine was operating for a while.
