Default Turning Indicator Malfunction

I bought my GX460 used back in May of 2024. The right turning indicator has been funky ever since I had it. When I turn it on, the front and dash indicator would flash rapidly, whereas the rear indicator does not flash at all. This happens very frequently, but it does work normally sometimes. Is that a electrical problem or do I have to replace the rear light?

if 2024 uses resistive heat switching then you can get a hyper flash if a bulb circuit is open.
if the rear light is in a resistive circuit then just change the light
