Default Front Spat?

Not sure what this is call - front wind spat? My wife had to use a valet for the GX last week and I noticed that the plastic spat thing in front of the front passenger tire got managed (along with some light scrapes under the front bumper -the angle of the scrape and the damage to the spat thing looks like some one was making a hard left hand turn and clipped and went over a curb or something on the passenger's side.
1) What is this thing called?
2) It is at the dealer today - should I bother having them replace it assuming it isn't crazy $$$.

Looks like the front of the wheel well liner pulled loose at one time and rubbed on the tire, some of the tread pattern can be seen in the hole. Are you the second owner?

To replace the wheel well liner would cost about $300, on the plus side: rocks won't get trapped in that pocket with the large hole in it.

I don't think it is the liner - it is that spat thing - which now has broken and loose clips and can pivot, unlike one on the drivers side - I think it got pushed into the wheel when it went over the curb and got pressed momentarily between curb and wheel as the GX made forward progress.

That had to rub for a few miles to wear through. When these shields are knocked loose, they are push back via air flow on the highway and rub on the tire.

A replacement fender liner, #8 in the diagram is $142.

You can replace the spat/pad yourself, two bolts holding it on.

P/N 53851-60200 MSRP $57.65

Is that the right part list for a '13? I just looked at the 2023 loaner and I am pretty sure that schematic is of a different assembly.

Okay - on the '13 it is just a separate wind deflector/spat. Cost of part is $66 and they said they would just replace it with no labor cost which was kind of them (I will bring in a bottle of Whiskey as a thank you)
