Help with service records needed
Hello Lexus owners,
Could someone help me out with getting service/repair history of my GX? I have recently purchased low miles and rust free 2010 as a base for family overlander build. The transaction was remote, because I currently live in Europe and my local Lexus dealer has no access to US database. I already have a carfax report and it shows the car has been maintained by Lexus dealer pretty much all the time, but those records are limited to standard maintenance jobs. The car seems to have new water pump, so I suspect the valley coolant leak repair was done, but I don't see any evidence of leaking coolant, so this may be misleading. There are also some signs of the cam tower oil leak, which is marginal and I don't know if this is a leftover, or if this issue just started appearing. I have sprayed the area with a brake cleaner, but there is not much room to see, if its leaking or not.
If anyone of you members work for US Lexus dealer and could help me out then please PM me. I will buy you a beer... or two
BTW, I have contacted LEXUS USA customer relations and they've been ignoring my emails, so if you are a contractor moving overseas for few years and thinking about taking your lexus with you then think twice.
Thank you All for taking time reading my post.
Cheers,
Adam

With the VIN you can add the vehicle under owner profile on Lexus owners website. The entire dealer service history is then attached to profile of that vehicle. Non-dealer work would be crapshoot with Carfax or Autocheck.

THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!! I can't believe they have not asked for any proof of ownership. This would not fly in EU. If there is any way to buy you a virtual beer then let me know.
Thanks again!
Thanks again!
