Default towing light failure

I have no voltage present on either the 7 pin round plug, or the 4 pin for running lights. Funny it worked when I towed it the first time. I am pretty confident I have a blown fuse. But where? The only one I see is towing ,#15 , it checks good. A 30 amp.
I know I need to dig into what is likely a intermittent short in the trailer before towing again. I may just rewire it. Can someone direct me to the possible bad fuse? Everything else works. Even the turn and brake lights on the trailer. But running light function no more, but did a while back.
My car in a 2016 GX 460. No tow package.

Thanks

30A TOWING TAIL is your fuse to running lights on your trailer.

I did replace the fuse. 30 amp. towing. Still no voltage at pin 3 of the 7 pin plug. Only the turn indicator lights work. Is there another common place of failure? Is there another place to pick up running light voltage? No need to re-invent the wheel, but i bought this trailer, running lights are a legal requirement, not to mention safety.
Thanks!

Thanks guys. You all are more patent then I am. I did find a relay for the tow lights. I was pumped. So pumped I paid $50 for one. No dice. I give up. There is just no running lights on the plug. All the fuses look good. Interestingly enough, the turn and brake lights work. I guess I could drive daylight only. There is a power source on the trailer. My only other option seems to be tap off of one of the tail light system running light. Like we used to do in the 60/70's. I am not sure what i can do abut the increased current draw on that light. These automobiles have a reputation for being well built. i am disappointed.

There is a connector on the back side of the 7 pin trailer plug under the vehicle. Make sure that connector is pluged in and the terminals are not corroded.
Also when you unplug that connector test each circuit on the harness at that location for power & ground.
