Has anyone confirmed if this fits into the stock spare wheel space without modification?

275/65/18 will NOT fit in the spare fully inflated, uninflated it fits, but that's only as useful as having an air pump on hand when you get a flat or blowout.

"Stock" meaning what ? the "Receiver (4-Bolt) Hitch" or the "Full-on Hitch" that is also attached to the side frame rails ... there is a difference.
