For exterior paint are all colors on the 2023 GX painted with the same quality paint, thickness wise and number of coats? I know the pearl white color is considered a premium color and costs $500 more. Does this color get more coats etc and then possibly last longer? We are considering the atomic silver and the pearl white and want the details on paint quality and differences.

We just bought a GX with Pearl White and I would also like to know the answer to this.
I read that the basic white for Toyota is very thin and had issues flaking so I am hoping that the Pearl white being a premium color will be much better quality.

 

Just buy whatever color you like and don't worry about it. No known issues with RECENT Lexus GX460 paint that I'm aware of.

 

My white paint is holding up great on my 2015 with over 105,000 miles

 

IKR.. The guy's obsessed with panel gaps and paint thickness. Probably dreams of it too!
